One on One:
This
is a workout that is designed for personal fitness. You work either in
the privacy of your home or in a facility. With these sessions, you'll
have a nurtritional analysis and bodyfat evaluations throughout your
sessions.
Session are an hour.
Price: $60-65
Mom & Baby One on One:
Same
as one on one, but baby will be included in your workout sessions.
Your baby's body weight is part of your resistance training. These
session give you the opportunity to bond with your baby.
Session
are about 45 minutes depending on baby:
Price: $60-65
Group Training:
Same as one on one, but sessions are shared or in a small group.
Session are an hour.
Price: $65-70(cost is shared by group.)
